I took a trip out west of here over the weekend and spotted these wildflowers. Anyone know what they are?
The first one appeared in various colors, so I took the most shots of it. Not sure if the pink/red/orange colorations were due to aging, or what, but they were all pretty!

Help with wildflower IDs, please
Pattie, your first flower is most likely Purple Paintbrush, Castilleja purpurea, this one goes by many popular names and varies a lot in color.

Josephine.
Your second flower is Blue-eyed Grass as you had correctly identified it.
The third is Prairie Larkspur, Delphinium carolinianum, a very lovely wild flower.

and the forth you knew, Winecup, aren't they fun to find?
A lot of Texas native plants are at the Texas Gardening: Texas Native Plants & Wildflowers Picture Directory. This is very useful when trying to identify plants.

where can you get seeds for the castilleja? that is gorgeous. and it comes in colors.
Oh, thanks for the IDs. I thought that white one might be some kind of larkspur, but have never seen the white ones before.
Yes, Barbara, the castilleja really was lovely. We saw several kinds of wildflowers that were different from the ones we saw on the way to CS. Funny how the terrain changes in just a couple of hours.
well don't tell dawn where that is but it's safe to tell me. heehehe
