I sometimes have a hard time falling asleep and read about this online. Has anyone ever used it?

yes. You have to be careful as some of them are stronger or toxic. You should definietly research it and make sure of the variety used, or grown. I made tea with Passiflora, Chamomile, and Nettle, and it was very good. Same with the mix I made without Chamomile and Nettle. If too bitter get some Stevia for sweetener.
