Error message on boot up

I just installed a new CPU cooler and now on boot up it sees an error in the hardware Hardware monitor.
Says to enter power setup for details. Press F2 and go to hardware monitor and see no details that seem wrong.

MB temp 84 degrees F
CPU Temp 129 to 131
Fans N/A
VCore 1.4
3.3 is 3.2
5 is 5.1
12 is 11.8

Press F1 and everything works

Switched to ignore and still shows error

Noticed another problem in that the power supply does not idle down now. Still have to change the video board due to fan noise. My CPU fan was not the problem LOL.
