Ok I have really gotten into eating my fair share of yogurt since moving to Texas not sure why but I have and since I can go through a 32 oz container in 2 days or less I think I better start trying my hand at making it.
I've searched the net and found recipes but am not sure just which one to use so I thought why not come and ask in the best place to find the experts.
Now the stuff I buy in the store is the vanilla flavor and I know I add the flavor and sugar after it has been "processed" (for lack of the right term there..meaning it has sat in the HOT water or whatever it is you use for the final stage )
So anyone care to share the best recipes around for making it at home and the way to do it?
I do have 2 dehydrators and can use those when DH is not making jerky in them.
