I'm going to be in the Dallas fort Worth area for 6 weeks in May and June. What's good in the way of nurseries, botanical gardens etcetera?
What to see and do in DFW?
Are you going to be in Dallas or Fort Worth or somewhere in between? LOL There's lots to do in both places, but traffic can make the 30 mile commute a very long drive!
The Fort Worth Botanical garden is beautiful and huge, also there's the Japanese gardens across the street. In Dallas there is the Dallas Arboretum but I've never been there.
The Fort Worth Botanical Gardens are a must, they are stunning... just stunning! Take the time to go into the Japanese gardens there too... just wonderful.
There are so many garden and places to see... I would dmail Frostweed and set up something at the gardens she helps with and Pappy Elkins park too.. great native places in the DFW area.
