My first question is...my girlfriend gave me some clippings from her HUGE Passion Flower
vine climbing up her tree, I love this beautiful plant and I am not sure how to get it off to a good
new start. She said put in the soil and give it lots of water??

Also, rooting hormone helps a lot (probably too late for that). And cover the cutting if possible to keep the humidity high. You may also need to cut back the leaves, as they may transpire water faster than the cutting can absorb it.
