P.Rubra Ashley Nicole/search!

Atlanta, GA(Zone 7b)

I am new to gardening in the US and certain new to Plumeria's. I am from Netherlands (Holland) so not particularly tropical , ha ha.
I just recently learned there is a P. Rubra "Ashley Nicole". I can't find any pics but I would love to have this or a cutting before May 6: our daughter's birthday... and yes her name is Ashley Nicole. I have been looking online but can't seem to find anything...is there anybody out there that help me or point me in right direction??

Hello from another Dutchlady but I have never heard of an Ashley Nicole plumeria...
I know there is an 'Ashley's Pink Passion'...

Hey Dutchlady, you again, (stoofperen recepe remember?)
Yea I found it by accident, on line though but no pics. You're a Plumeria lover, right. There's also one called Ashley's Dawn but I thought Ashley Nicole would be pretty special. When you order Plumeria's where do you go?

There is a 'Ashley Nicole' that is registered. You can find it on the PSA web site: http://www.theplumeriasociety.org/cnt/files/July%202007%20Registered%20Cultivars.pdf Someone named Yoder registered it, but it might be very new still and not in circulation yet.

Tuliplady, I highly recommend Florida Colors Nursery if you are looking to buy some plumerias. Both Hetty and I have purchased many plumerias from them and been extremely satisfied with their plant quality, shipping, customer service, etc.

Registration no. 234 is an older registration (look how it's right among the Thornton varieties). I think it might be best to approach Paula Furtwangler, the president of the PSA, about where to obtain this variety. It is quite likely it originated in Houston.

Thanks for posting the list Clare.

I second Clare's endorsement of Florida Colors.

Thank you both ladies, I will check it out immediately. Will keep you posted.
