Hello all... When is the proper time to fertilize strawberries? These are last years plants, and I pulled all the flowers off last year as recommended. The green leaves all all doing well, and there are no flowers yet. So, is this the time to do it, or is there a better time? Thanks in advance.
Fertilizing strawberries
I would fertilize now before the fruit forms. I use 10-10-10 but most all kinds work as long as the nitrogen is no higher. You can "google Strawberry Culture" for more specific advice. I grow mine in earthboxes or EBs as we call them.
