to leave the apples on my trees. If I see that the tree is under stress, than I will be picking them off. The trees are doing wonderful, green and lush. Thank you all for your help, I really do appreciate it!

You should leave just one fruit per cluster.

Also be ready to prop up any branch that looks like it can't bear the weight.

In a cluster of apples, there is usually one in the center that's larger than the rest. It's called the king fruit, and it's the one to leave, usually.
