I decided to move my Epecia's to the sunroom shelves and have most of my violets inside. It is cool in the house. 73 all summer.
Took some new photos.
Re-did my shelves
Sally your shelves look fabulous and your violets and other gessie's are just beautiful! I am astounded by the neat perfection of it all!! Those plants have to be in heaven! Thanks for sharing. ^_^

I am in awe Sally..your stand and plants look amazing. What a Beautiful Sight!!...I could use a few lessons : )
Nancy
Don't be modest Brenda and Nancy about your growing skills. Both of you are fantastic growers! Nice pics, Sally.
I may have to get more of these sometime. I just love the two rows of lights and how they are separated to give all plants lots of light. The plants are so happy.
just beautiful, they look so nice.

Sally: Your stands are so neat and organized. A lovely sight!
On the bottom shelf ... which one is that AV right in front with the variegated foliage? So much white in those leaves ... I love the looks of that one! And, the middle shelf, front row: second in from the left and third in from the right? Oh, and the one on the top shelf, left side in the very back of the stand that has pink flowers with long stems?
Gee ... you might as well just take inventory and make a list for me of each plant! LOL. They are all so pretty and girl you really know how to display them!
^_^
Very nice shelving unit. Good job. And beautiful plants!
Laura
I am loving those! Especially Sunlit Sugar Plum! Really stunning plants Sally!
Sally, you should have gone with me to Jo's in Victoria today. Every room in her house is covered with african violets. Her prices on small plants are so inexpensive.
I just took real quick pics of only one stand and couldn't even reach the top two shelves.........just stuck the camera in and clicked...........so forgive the pics but her big plants are magnificent. No wonder she has won at Nationals and has been on the cover of the AVSA magazine (her plants that is)
Oh My Goodness ... I think she has an African Violet Museum! Wow! Absolutely beautiful plants! I sure would like to know the names on all of them!
Amazing ... I just went back and looked at all of them again and you know I bet folks would pay to tour her home!
That is what I call African Violet Heaven!
The foliage and blossoms on every plant is just perfect! That Trailer is really amazing ... I can just picture it with blooms all over it too!
Some of the leaves are so huge!
Thanks so much for this tour Gail ... very nice!
Lin, it was simply amazing and such a treat for me to see a good grower. She was the nicest lady and wanted to teach me. I learned a lot that I didn't know and she was just a delight.
I am too tired tonight to make a list of my plants........because I did get a lot of pretty ones (some the same as these I took pictures of) but tomorrow I will make a list and we can look them up. They are small plants but she only charges 4.00 for each plant (the smaller starter plants).
Wow, That's a great price for healthy plants that you know came from a pro!
Does she sell the large ones? The plants are JUST what I love!!! Great photos!
I need to go see her, but WOW, I am very ill. I have been going to specialists and doctors. Hubby has been taking good care of me. The worst UTI of my life and it looks like Diverticulitis also. So much pain from both. I can't sleep and with Chronic Fatigue, that is very bad. I hope my meds work soon.
I am hoping for sleep tonight. I took a trip to see my violets several times today! Not far to walk, but I was in bed or sitting in my big chair a lot. They make me smile!
Thank you for showing the gorgeous GORGEOUS plants! I hope to go see her at her home! You are so lucky! Enjoy your little plants, they will be older soon, I can't wait to see them all grown up.
Uh oh! I had diverticulitis two times many years ago but the medicine does work in a hurry. That IS pain! Get well, Sally , and I hope you feel better soon. She doesn't have a lot of big ones for sell at this moment but she does sell them. She shipped out 110 big ones this week.
Oh Sally, I hope you are better real soon! Bad enough to have CFS but to have Diverticulitis too and a bad UTI? Oh my, sounds like a Triple Whammy! I will keep good thoughts and prayers that your meds kick in and you are feeling much better real soon!
I didn't want to expose my ignorance but I don't know what UTI is?????????
