How Was Your Day.....67 ????

Rowlett, TX(Zone 8a)

I hope no one minds that I am starting a new thread..the other was getting a little long and I know Dave asked that we keep threads to about 100..

Also am posting a picture of the 'grounded for life' Nose..(anyone guess why the name?) Actually its because he is SO nosy, and has to check this entire cul-de-sac in the mornings to make sure things were good in his world..course thats stopped now and he will have to take my word for it these days.

Dawn...Floozy is a girl and today she is a bad girl..she always wants to be a tough little tomboy and everytime she sees squirrelly girl, she wants to fight with her..squirrelly is not a fighter and really is scared of her so spends a lot of time hiding..no way for a little kitty to live. Floozy came by her name because she was brought here by her big brother, Red, and seems to favor the boys in the house. Everytime we looked for her, she was sleeping with one of the boys....

Mommie, so sorry to hear you will have to have more surgery. Any kind of surgery is bad but especially when you are not getting the pain management you need for a recovery. I wonder if youinsist he give you something for pain, if he would...seems like his OPINION isnt really good medical practice.

Debra, I also was sorry to hear about your DMIL passing, but also am grateful that she is not suffering anymore. I saw what my father went through and would not want anyone to have to experience that.

Marilee, that was a good buy on the stamps at Costco..I dont have a membership to that one, but to Sams...wondering if they have the same deal.

Debbie, my prayers are with you and your DM. Hoping the next test results will not give more bad news.

Bonnie...good for you already getting tomatoes to eat. Mine are just starting to flower..I AM eating strawberries from the garden, tho...sure beats the ones that are in the stores. I am STILL planting things...am SO late this year. Today I planted 2 Swiss chard plants (never had that before so curious to see if it will be liked)..also got some cucumber bush seeds in the ground and kohlrabi seeds planted. I still have 2 tomato plants I am going to put in a topsy-turvey planted to see if they will grow that way. I am afraid it will be too hot, though, and will probably have to be watered a dozen times a day.

Not going to preview for fear I will lose the post..

Here is nose..
