Good Outlet for Coco Fiber Liners?

Can anybody recommend a good place to buy replacement liners? I've seen them anywhere from $6-$10 and to be honest I didn't spend much more than that on the baskets AND liners. Am I being cheap or should I be able to find them less expensively?

I googled the stuff last summer and found it by the roll, and really cheap. If I find info,

Most of the Walmart garden centers carry the coco liners for hanging baskets. Around here anyway.

Here too, and they are usually about $4.00.

Try your local dollar stores. Here you get the hanging basket complete with coco liner for $1.

I checked Wal-Mart. A replacement liner is $2.97 and is ~33", so I can actually replace 2 liners with it.
