Worm Castings

I would appreciate any opinions on the use of worm castings for a type of organic fertilizer. Have any of my fellow gardeners ever used this stuff? It comes in a small bag, maybe 10lbs. Maybe it has to be mixed in well with the other soil?

I've used it before it's good stuff. You might ask more questions on the vermicomposting forum.
