...is back on the air! Great show all around, and I love the music that opens the show and fades into and sometimes out of commercial breaks. Any one know the tune?
A Gardener's Diary on HGTV...
I don't know the name of the tune but just hearing it relaxes me! I can't make myself get up that early but thank goodness for the DVR....I had the DVR set to watch for whenever the show is on. I don't care if they are new or repeats I watch them all..

It's on HGTV early, either 6 or 6:30 am on Thursday mornings right now. The show has been around for a while but they keep showing some episodes, then they will disappear for a long time, then reappear at a different time.Why they are on at such a terrible time I have no idea, other that HGTV seems very light on the G(garden) as far as programming goes.(getting off my soapbox now!).I like it because it focuses on really serious gardeners and showcases their gardens that are often mature and you can get lots of ideas from them. I also like it because a lot of the shows are filmed in the Georgia area so they have to deal with heat like we do, unlike other shows that are filmed in the northeast....But mainly I like it because the gardens are so beautiful, they are like eye candy. nancy
There was some gardening show I saw once, but I can't remember the name. It showcased a couple of gardens, but they went through the garden so fast that you didn't have time to really soak up what you're looking at. Also, I don't what kind of camera they filmed it with, but the picture was not very good. I'll try to remember to watch for this one.
Just checked my DVR, which is programmed to record A Gardener's Diary, and it shows it comes on Thurdays @ 0600. It used to be on during the weekend and at a better hour. For me, this is on of the more interesting shows on HGTV. I'm with teacup, wish more gardening was on this channel.
Ohhh I miss that show! It use to come on at six every morning !
