How Do You Root Citrus?

I live in PA and grow my citrus in our glass greenhouse.
They have done very well and good size trees now.
I want to try rooting some cuttings. I have tried before, but none rooted.
Advice will be appreciated.

I rooted some 5 months ago, using a root hormone, and it appeared that they didn't make it...but if the cuttings are still firm...they may still be working..just now one of them is growing some leaves..5 months!! are the cuttings still firm?
