Spell check problem

well I hardly know how to begin. I at long last got high speed internet YAY!
Everything is going fine until I try to spell check an e-mail. It is a Java thingy and it will not work with my software because of the spell check that is in outlook express. I called my isp and that is what they told me and Dell said it would have to be paid for and I said No Thanks....

Now I am wondering if there is anyway any of you know how to fix this short of calling a pc repair or tech person. I can always learn how to type more accurately. Also when the Java window comes up and says it can't do it my message also disappears.
