the banana repellant???

today at the greenhouse, a woman told me that she had battled aphids (my own personal nemesis) on a couple of house plants FOREVERRRR She even use to take her plants to the car wash to clean them thoroughly...i kid you not. Then her sister in law told her to put banana peel in with her plants and presto never another aphid!!

any one else hear this one??

Hmmmmmmmmm Jaaaaaaaa Baaaaaaa Booooooooom. Yes we spiritually elevated ones put banana in all of our plants to keep the booogie worm and bugs away. Hmmmmmmmmmm Ahhhhhhhhh Baaaaa Boski. LOL Hello Lynn. Not probable sounds like an internet joke.

I tried it once in the gh and it didn't work. Best thing for aphids is watering with a touch of imidacloprid. It keeps aphids away for 6 weeks usually.
