Is Bouncing Bet/ Soapwort good plant for BF?

My friend is starting a butterfly garden and asked me for beebalm. I dug up bouncing bet in stead......Is it a good plant for butterflies?
She also had on her list to plant hollyhock. I gave her French hollyhock(zebrina) Let me know how helpful I am(or not)
