Lily of the Valley

Bozeman, MT(Zone 4b)

I planted 10 L of the V pips last year, very late, and am trying to figure out when they should start breaking through to the surface. Any ideas? Mine receive no sun only indirect light. Thanks for the help.

I just noticed mine peeking up yesterday, so it will be soon for you;)Anita

Mine against the foundation of the house (full shade) are up about 1". The rest (also full shade) usually show up in late April so you should see yours soon.

Thanks for the info! I'll wait a bit to see if they come up.

Mine are just shooting now but it has been a very cold spring.

I live in a very hot area and mine have already finished blooming! This is their first year after planting them during the hot, hot summer! They were nice little blooms.. we really enjoyed them. I received them from a fellow DG'er.
