I am fairly new to gardening and decided to try my hand at daffodils last year. I just picked up 2 bags at the local store, later after I planted them realized the bags did not identify what daffodils I planted. I have looked on the internet and could not decide which they are. Any suggestions would be appreciated
Please help with ID of daffodils
Well I did find a link that seems to help me some. http://www.daffseek.org/ I am not sure, but the first one kind of looks like Yellow Moon, and the second one kind of looks like Yellow Throat. I am not really sure tho.
This might be a better link. http://www.daffodilusa.org/daffseek.html
BOL Ok I take it no one is talking to me. Or they are not sure also.

Hi Sue I have no idea but I am sure one of our experts will check in eventually.
i am not much help, either. i just started with daffs this year. you might want to post on the daff post already started and state that they are NOIDs and ask if anyone has any ideas. there are some really experienced daff growers that are following that thread. they id'ed some of mine.

May I ask what store you bought them at? Most of the "big box" stores like wm, home depot and lowes mostly carry fairly common popular easy to find varieties.
The white and yellow one could possibly be Ice Follies which is a really good if common daffodil.

The all gold could be Carlton

Hope this helps:)
Sorry it took so long to reply, but I know I am wrong about the second one. I just got back from vacation and the one that I thought was yellow and white has turned all off white or cream color. I will try to get a pic posted tomorrow.
Thanks all.
Kewl, thanks
