Can anyone help. I started my tomatoes indoors but before I could get them all planted, several of the started developing spots on the leaves. Can anyone help me to figure out if I need to destroy these plants and start over? What is it?

Very blurry photo, but looks like either wind burn or hardening off failure.
How many days of gradual sunlight exposure did you give them before you planted? Tomato plants grown under fluorescent lights do not have strong enough leaves to withstand full sunlight.
