Would like some help identifying

Tyler, TX

We have about three or four of these trees in the back yard and I don't know what kind they are. We have lots of trees and I'm wondering if maybe we should take some of them out. I'm pretty sure it's a native as all but one of them are.

Here's a blurred picture of the leaves.

Here's something that's coming up in lots of places including some pots that didn't have anything in them. Kind of cute little heart shaped leaves.

Here's another picture of it in a pot.

I had lots of these wildflowers too. Tried to pull them up but they always broke off.

And just wanted to show off this clematis that bloomed for the first time this year.

Sherley, the pictures of the tree and leaves are very blurry, but by the looks of the leaves it seems to be a Carolina Cherry Laurel, but i am not sure.
The first pot seems to be wild Violets, but it is hard to see.
The second pot is a vine Virginia Creeper, and the little white flowers are Crow Poison, the Clematis is gorgeous, Congratulations.
Josephine.

Thanks Josephine. I'm not sure about the tree, I looked it up in the plant files and mine doesn't bloom. I thought someone would recognize it by the distinctive bark that's smooth and goes horizontal instead of vertical. I do have Virginia Creeper and I love it. I think it has the most beautiful leaves in the fall.

Maybe a better picture would help, we can try again.
