That sounds like a very neat tree. I would like to try and grow one. May I have 3 seeds?

Thanks,
Pam

ok Pam.
The night fragrance is very similar to Cestrum Nocturnum (night jasmine).
I believe you have my add.

A pic of the flowers. They drop at night. Quite a pretty sight in the morning. Cheers,

May I have some seeds please if you still has?

Fort Lauderdale, FL(Zone 10b)

RedRose, I've replied to your Dmail.

All seeds are taken at this point. More are ripening, and should be ready in a couple of weeks (nature dictates...). I'll post when they are ready to be mailed.

Any particulars when sowing these i.e. soil type/light etc? Rec'd mine yesterday...thank you SOOOO much!!

Fort Lauderdale, FL(Zone 10b)

I've never planted any N.A.T. seeds Chantell. Our soil is very warm here so we have very fast germination without much effort. Sometimes toooo fast! And Tooo Invasive!!!

The undermentioned Google Search has sites which give very good info re planting hard shelled seeds.
A couple of sites recommend planting seeds 2-4 times the diameter of the seed. The treatment of hard shelled seeds are also discussed in depth.

The seeds are very fresh, so should germinate pretty quickly.

Of course scents are like flavors; every person has their own preferences and abilities to percieve.
To me, the scent is strong of boiling honey mixed with toasted grain. It's fantastic!
I'd recommend doing a search on the history of this plant. Wonderful story.
