I am SOOO excited.. My chicks I ordered from My Pet Chicken are here.. so far two were doa.. but they were both blk silkies and appear to have been squashed.. the other silkies are very small but seem fine.

#3 looks like the Ameraucana. Ours look just like it.

They are all sooo cute.

#3, that sort of what I thought, but has darker legs (not black, just dark) and feathered legs?? still Ameraucana?

The buff orpingtons will be a golden yellow. Here is a pic with ours in it. All the yellow ones are Buffs.

No, if they are feathered legs then I don't think it is an Ameraucana. Here is a pic of ours along with some Blue Cochins and a little yellow one we haven't identified and didn't order. It was one they threw in but it is feathering like a hen.

In your last picture the little brownish red one with its rear to the camera looks like it may be a RIR.

I think #3 is the Partridge Silkie, I know she said thats what was BOd but there is no red silkies..

Fritch, TX(Zone 6b)

#6 is your Plymouth Barred Rock. think its a hen!

Fritch, TX(Zone 6b)

#5 is partidge color markings. size will tell you if it is Rock or Silkie, well and foot feathereing.

hey, can we please see their feet!!! LOL, it owuld help ^_^

Rankin, IL(Zone 5a)

5 is way to big for a silkie and no feathered nor colored feet SO must be the rock..

going to have TO DUCK TAPE THESE GUYS STILL..

Fritch, TX(Zone 6b)

LOL. try putting them on somerthing high where they are too petrified to move!

OMgosh.. what a difference a week makes.. What I have figured out.. #1 is still the cutest chick on earth.. her fluffy cheeks.. and boy is she in charge.. we have named her ALI... for Chicken Ala (Ali) King.. She runs the roost.. so we handle her a lot so she knows WE run her! Still not sure what she is.. nothing I bought except the Americaunas should have puffy cheeks????
#2 & 6 are the same chick and I am pretty sure they are the silver laced Wyandottes.. her they are with their GLW sis

In order, Astro, Comet & Sprocket

#5 IS the Partrige Rock #2 is a Red Silkie.. this one just has a LOT of color.. the second has some but not as much.. her name is Hailey, What a little cutie.. always getting stepped on, but still right in the middle of EVERYTHING.
#4 is RIR, Paparika.. her sis is Ureka

Head & foot shot of #1Allie.. she is the prettiest blue/grey with yellow undertones.. and just a touch of red!
