For years I've been able to connect to the internet using Safari, Firefox, Netscape or Opera. Now I can only connect in Firefox or Netscape. Safari & Opera tell me my connection was refused by the server. Yesterday I tried to connect to my iTunes account and I get the same message. I downloaded music just a couple weeks ago with no problem. I have the latest Safari update available for OSX 10 (Panther). I can't get to my automatic Mac updates either. Same message. Haven't gotten around to buying Tiger, let alone Leopard, but that shouldn't make any difference. Do I have a bug or is it an ISP problem?
