Hi everyone,
I used to be an active trader on dave's web until I had to move to South Korea for a temporary job offer. I know everyone has been raving about Japanese morning glories but why not try growing Korean ones this year? I have purchased several commercial packets of seed 2 weeks ago in downtown Seoul. They include:
1. Pharbitis nil. 'Choisy' - this is an assortment of large blooming beauties that are solid colored, streaked, tie dyed, and edged in white. The leaves are variegated in some of the plants.
2. Pharbitis nil. 'Gloria' - this is a dark wine colored bloom, smaller than the previous variety, but just as charming. I don't believe the leaves are variegated.
In addition, I have 8 varieties of traditional hot Korean chiles, including the famous Kimchee pepper known as Tae-yang gochu. I will be sending 20 seeds of each, 30 seeds of the Tae-yang since I harvested these the most, to anyone who wants to trade for items from my want list.
Now that spring is in the air, I'm eager to start my "American garden" with flowers from my want list. Please tempt me, I'm looking forward to trading with you.
