Banana tree from Leu Gardens plant sale SH-3640

I bought a 3' banana tree called "SH-3640" from the Leu Gardens plant sale about a week ago. The guy selling the trees told me that it will be about 10' at maturity, but I forgot to ask him how long I should expect to wait for the bananas. Does anyone have an idea? Feel free to share any banana growing tips - this is my first banana tree! Thanks, all.
