This is a new one from Brenda Delph at Seedsprout Nursery. Big beautiful triple white with a yellow core. I still can't smell so I can't give you an honest sniffer report.
The blooms are large and fluffy. The color contrast is striking. I personally like my doubles with stuffed skirts while many others prefer full separation of the skirts. Lemon Meringue delivers both!
Of course I have collected pollen and I'm off to hit some blossoms!
Brenda, i really think you have a winner here!! I know I love it!!
Lemon Meringue - New Triple Yellow/White!! Bi-Color
That is stunning! If it could all be as deep yellow as the last skirt-----WOW!!!
Love the name.

wow!
Gorgeous, but I agree with Hibiscus about the yellow.
Ooooo la la ! That's so L O V E L Y !!!!! I love it!
wow what a beauty Congrats!!!........James
I wasn't sure just how she would finish up. This morning she unfolded that inner core to reveal a gorgeous fluffy light yellow interior. This is not the best picture because I have already manhandled the blossom, cutting into it for pollen extraction and to pollinate the stamen. This just gives you an idea how pretty this triple skirted blossom is.
Wow, that is so gorgeous!

..great reward there...for years of hard work .. see how easy it is... what took you so long..
such a serious looker a tree with 100's of blooms will be...you'll need insurance with it.. something so georgeous will cause accidents...
Awaiting more lovely photos Gary...good luck with the genes.

I really love the shape of that one. Do you know who the parents are? The flower shape looks a little like the miss behavin or naughty nick with the little first top skirt.

It's getting more beautiful by the day!!
I see that this one is up on ebay. This is a really special brug. Mine has grown so fast it's amazing. I just love these blooms too!
I think that is the prettiest White I have ever seen. Are there many Bi-Colors out there?

It looks like Miss B'Havin with a stuffed skirt!
Mine had thumb size buds and dropped them when the weather went from steeming hot to very cold. Hope it loads up again.
I just got this one for my moon garden. It even came with buds on it. A great healthy plant. I hope the buds stay on , I am really looking forward to seeing it.
Well, I gave in and ordered this one. Couldnt take it any longer.
That is a beautiful bloom. Love it!
Mine came in and it had three blooms on it!!!!!
X, it is to die for! Clemen

One of the buds fell off of mine due to heavy wind and I opened it and it was a quadruple! There are still more buds left. Can't wait for em to open :)
rylaff, your blooms looks pretty yellow, already! Keep the pics coming.
Mine just keeps dropping her buds. I have had 15 buds drop off when they get to about 4 inches.
OMG X, she can not be more beautiful than she is, Congrats, Clemen
Brenda, I love this brug!!! The name Lemon Meringue is a perfect choice for this white/yellow bi-color beauty. Lol, you know what brug will be at the top of my list on my next brug order. Sending you mail :)
