Okay, I'll admit it, I've NEVER spring cleaned. Spring and garden go together, spring and clean do not. This year I'm trying to reform, as long as it keeps raining I'm going to clean. Where do I start? I have all the stuff, I just don't know where to begin. Is there a list??
