Santorini Tomato

Rhinebeck, NY(Zone 5b)

Anyone ever heard of the heirloom tomato called Santorini?
I had it 2 summers ago on Santorini Island in Greece. It is small, squat, ribbed shoulders, dark red and delicious. I know it won't taste the same here...but does anyone on DG happen to grow it with seeds to share?

Thanks in advance for any info!

Hi. lobsterandi has it in her HAVE list. 'Santorini'. You can contact her and make a deal.

Yes I do. :) Dmail me. I don't have many but you should be able to get a few plants from what I've got. Just keep in mind I'm recovering from pneumonia and am slower than usual with everything. :)

Edited to add: I've got some planted in the greenhouse. In a few weeks I should be able to send seedlings out. If half of them grow decently, I'll still have enough to send you a plant or two.
