This is the first and only Clematis I have - Claire de Lune. I planted it last year as a tiny baby, not knowing I should pot it up and let it grow roots first. It grew some last year, but never bloomed.
This year, I pruned it down and it's just really started putting on some new growth in the last few weeks. I went to look at it today and it has a bud!! I'm so excited! I can't wait to see the flower!
It will be lovely. The other name it has is "Blue Moon".
Awwww now would you look at that! That is going to be one stunning clematis!! I think you will need more LOL
Oh, I already knew that. I have two more coming from Silver Star Vinery at the end of the month. Crystal Fountain and Florida Sieboldii. I'm really looking forward to those, too!
