I got some plants comign that a friend is bringing me as a gift and as I wasnt expectign them I don' thave a bed ready for them. My soil is a pH of about 4.5-4.8. I need to rais eit in a hurry for these plants. I wil put some cow manure in the bed but that isn't goign to do enough fast, enough.
Another friend told me picklimg lime can be used in a pinch to rais ethe pH quickly. has anybody ever used it or happen to know how to mix it what the ratio would be.
