I got husks, now I need a tamali recipe

I've been wanting to try a not so hot tamali recipe for a long time, I've never made them, I bought the husks today.

Anybody have any tried and true recipes?

I have some pork roast in the freezer, I thought i'd use that.

I'm not a fan of spicy foods, so i'll have to tone it down a bit for us.
