Van Bourgondien - Save $25 off $50- Can we share these??

I received an email for a deal from Van Bourgondien for Save $25 off $50. I was just about to place an order yesterday so I'm glad I waited. Is it possible to share the offer with others or is it tied to my email???

It's on their website, so I don't think anyone actually needs a coupon code or anything to get it.

I would check their feedback in the Watchdog first....seems they have more negative comments than positive ones.

I could easily resist, unless their mail order plants are a lot better than the ones from them being sold by Lowes and Walmart here.

Two years ago, out of six bags of multiple dahlias, lilies and cannas, one dahlia plant sprouted, leafed out a little and died. Nothing from the other five dahlias in that bag or the other plants.

I stumbled onto their website the other day while searching for a plant. Didn't know dutchbulbs.com was Van Bourgondien until I got there.

Van Bourgondien is not a very good place to order plants. I ordered from them a couple of times & the plants are very small. Most of the plants I got from them died.

I ordered all bulbs of crocosmia. I hope those will be okay...

I have ordered bulbs from Dutch Bulbs before and have had great results. As for plants, I don't know. I did order heuchera from there just recently before I realized that VB was the same co . They came in this week. One was huge, the other was a liner potted in a bigger pot. We'll see.

I have gotten stuff from them in the past and never had a problem :>)

I order 75.00 dollars worth of bulbs from Van Brourgoniien and with Shipping cost 53.00 I got the discount I won't get my order till after the 16 of April but thats ok cause today has been snowing but I don't have to shovel thats good
My friend up North told me to order that they have good plants. So we will see

I have never been displeased with the many orders I have placed on their retail or their wholesale side of the business. The only thing I will NOT order from them or anyone else are bareroots. I have never had much luck in getting those to live. I have orders coming from them this Spring and I can't wait to get them.

Just a word of caution on the $25 off of $50....if they say an item is sold out....you will not get that savings if it then brings your order below the $50 amount. I find it best to go ahead and order above that $50 amount. Be sure and keep an eye on your order in your account on the site just to be safe. Some of you might opt to cancel out ahead of the shipping date of your order if this happens. This happened to me once.

I ordered from them once and got telemarketing calls for the next year or so. It was very annoying.

Ten out of fifteen very small plants died on me last year and they said they would send them again this but haven't heard. BEV
