Cleaning ceramic stovetop

I have a black Kenmore ceramic stove (4 days old). My son accidentally set his fleece jacket on a burner that was still warm, removed it quickly, but the fleece melted on the burner and the cleaner that came with the stove won't remove it - it's stuck hard. Does anyone have any advice on how to remove this? Thank you!
