Seeking recipe from old microwave cookbook

I am missing page 185-186 from an old microwave cookbook - Betty Crocker's Microwave Cookbook (1981). Unfortunately it has a rice recipe which is a family favorite. Can anyone supply that recipe for me? I don't remember what it is named, but I'll recognize it when I see it... It had mushrooms and Parmesan cheese in it, as I recall.
