Superspot is a German Brug. You would need an APHIS permit to import one. The permits don't take that long to acquire and are free. However, the plant will have to be quarantined and you have to pay for all the inspector's time when they inspect the plant or cutting. The plant or cutting would have to be shipped bareroot. I have no idea what the survival rate of these plants and cuttings is. You also have to pay for the phyto certificate and find a European seller willing to go through the process.
