Here she is!!!

Cave Creek, AZ

This is my first ever bloom. It's MM, to me it smells like an Easter Lilly. Now I have to learn how to get great shoots of brugs.

Oh that is exciting and the perfume sounds wonderful! I have some seed crosses growing from that dear plant ...I hope they will have some of those lovely genes in them. Thanks for the peek at your precious bloom ...may you be blessed with many many more!

It's absolutely lovely, Mickey! Please post another pic of it in a couple of days to see the change in colour.

I had to remove a 3 foot branch from my MM in November and thought I'd try to root it along with cuttings from other Brugs. Maybe it was just me, but I lost all the MM cuttings I took in November. The MM cuttings were slow in developing nubs. By that time, some of the other Brug cuttings had roots. All the cuttings went into the identical pots and soil. The other cuttings are growing well in the greenhouse. I think I lost two or three of them. Maybe MM cuttings have to be taken earlier.

Bettydee,
I bought my MM from e bay. I got in in Feb. So I though I was so lucky to have it bloom for me already! The other brug I got at the same time has several buds starting to form too..
I would be sick if I lost a 3 foot branch of MM.

Those first blooms are the best. But then, the first blooms from every new plant are just as special.
