The picture is a bit dark as it was dusk when I took it. I will try to update every couple days to show its progress. Very cool flower for sure! Can't wait to smell that stench!!!

The plant is outside and it is very windy this afternoon but nose to the flower smelled a little rank. Funny thing was as I was walking my Rat Terrier by the plant he immediately picked up on the scent and kept looking up at the flower. He seemed confused. LOL

Funny that a ratterrier would not try to kill something that smelled like a dead rat? Well that's what mine smelled like!

Ohh he was on it! Every time we got close to it his nose went north and walked all around it. If it wasn't taller than him I'm sure he would of at least tried to roll in it! Dogs have incredible sniffers even in windy conditions. Amazing

Last pic. At the height of the smell, flies were buzzing all around it! This was my first flower and it really does smell like something has died. Very interesting plant and a crazy pretty flower.
