The weather here is to nasty to get out with the camera, so I'm opening this with a photo from over a year ago. It's probably back on page 5 or so, but it's worth a repost.
My favorite image of the Bald Eagle.
Daily pictures, Volumn 80

Nice adult Bald Eagle photo, tigerlily. I can relate to it being your favorite photo. They are indeed a magnificent bird.
Beautiful start for a new thread Tiger..thanks for a great pic!
LOL, Cute one adel!
I had just told you it was too nasty to get out with the camera. It was between squalls when I looked out the kitchen window. I was squinting these old eyes trying to make out what I was seeing. Any guesses before I post a full pic?
It's just peeking out over the edge of the feeder at me.

Congratulations beclu on the new bird!!
I agree w/ Resin seeing that pink beak.
The doctor said, "Take an aspirin and call me in the morning!"
While I was at the park yesterday, I saw this grackle pick up something from the ground and then fly to a nearby tree branch. I couldn't really tell what it had until I got home and looked at the photos I took. The park is located next to a junior high school and has had problems with kids selling drugs there in the past. I sure hope this grackle found a piece of candy (like a sweettart) and not something that can harm it.
That would be a favorite of mine too, tigerlily. Great start! Well, I am ready to build the ark here. Been raining all day today and is supposed to continue into tomorrow.
So between the rain and having to due my yearly Nuclear Stress test today, which takes about 3-4 hours, no pics from today!
2 of my Crows from yesterday.
Great pics everyone!

Anybody know what type of ducks they are?
Escaped farmyard ducks! Derived from Mallard.
