I would like to trade my plants for topwater plants

Warren, OH(Zone 5b)

Hi,
I need some topwater floater plants to control algea when it warms up here and I would like to trade my plants for some. I have many varieties for you to choose from. Would anyone like to trade? Each year I have to order, such as frogbit, water lettuce, water iris etc. I don't need anything fancy and my pond is small, about 8ftx10ft. I love the look of lily pads but have never had luck with them blooming but would put a few in for the frogs I am not picky about color or variety. I will be needing them probably at the end of April.
Thank you, Kathy

Hi Kathy,
I love your lil pond :) It is very, very nice! Did you put it together yourself? I should have some pond lilies this spring/early summer. I hope so, we had such little rain last year that my HUGE POND, began to loose to much of the water, at least 3/4 of it :( We did have lots of snow this winter, so I am hoping it is filling up and with the rains, I have my fingers crosses, LOL
I had to get all my lilies out of the pond and put them in the crawl space under the one house for winter, I have to go there soon and see if they are still alive?
If so, then we are a go :)
Here is a pic of my pond when it was full( it has a sandy/mucky bottom. I guess it has been there for years, we just made it wider and deeper.

Patricia,
Your pond is awesome, I hope the rain will be good to you this year, right now we are flooding, and I am on call for Disaster, I am an American Red Cross volunteer, and we open shelters or put people in hotels when they get flooded out, so I took a nap today, gonna be up all night again.
I have some things that would be great around your pond. I suppose you have Monarch butterflies visit you in the summer? One of their favorite things is the swamp milkweed. You can plant it on the edge of your pond they live in standing water, mine is potted and sunk in my pond because I have a liner, they feed on it, lay their eggs on it then the young cats live on it. I have some extra seeds from trades, pink and white flowering. It is perennial for you too. I have some short striped ornamental grass that would be pretty at the waters edge also. Do you have an idea of what you would like the ground surrounding your pond to look like? Yes, my hubby dug that pond in one day, then we went to the carpet store and went dumpster diving for carpet to lay in the hole then laid the flexible plastic liner on it. 7 pickup truck loads of rocks from farmer's fields later we had the pond! I love it. I spend a lot of time sitting there watching the fish. I would love to trade for your lilies, take a look at my list and see what you would like in trade. No hurry, water wont be warm for awhile. When you decide what you would like in return please dmail me so that I can put a hold on the plants so they don't get traded off. I also have some diff varieties of Ajuga that would look awesome planted in the ground around your pond, they bloom different shades of purple/blue puple and spread nicely, and are shallow rooted so you can just pluck them out and move them if you like.
Just thinking here...
