That wretched commercial

I can't be on the only one who can't watch that ad with the dog that doesn't get adopted. Luckily he has a home now:

I'm not posting this to promote the product or the program, but just because I cannot sit through that commercial and I'm glad to know the dog has a home now. I know there are thousands of animals in the same boat, but even with that knowledge, the ad makes me sick and sad. I hope other animals are helped by this even if it makes me so uncomfortable. (And yes, I have adopted more than once, and encourage others to do so.)
