We're lucky here cause there is a store within driving distance...lots of hand made unusual stuff - and the best part is it helps people in underdeveloped countries!!! (and I had a 10% off coupon)
I got several pots and ordered one that wasn't in stock.

OH, and than ran over to Hobby Lobby and ALL their garden stuff was 50% off - bought several trellises (no pics of those they were too big) for the new morning glories, wire baskets, and an neat pot.

Can't plant - might as well shop!

How nice to find unusual containers like those wire ones and the strawberry ones are cute too............guess the guy in front is your "guard gnome"?

I went to my first Ten Thousand Villages last month while visiting my sister in Nashville. If I did not have to do the carry-on luggage thing, I was going to buy a couple of the same things you bought! But I know I can probably get them online. I was impressed with the store! I bought my daughter a hand painted rock from Viet Nam: black, very shiny, with 2 goldfish or koi type fish painted on it. Every rock was beautiful, and totally one of a kind. A very neat place.

Thanks folks! Not sure how long the garden stuff is on sale at Hobby Lobby. As far as the knome...not sure what's going on with me but in the last year I have started picking up knomes and garden faries - never had a lot of decorations in the garden before (other than flowers - which we all know are the best) but for some reason lately I've been drawn to "hiding" little surprises in the flower beds...
