Carly says hi!

Benton, KY(Zone 7a)

Carly and I haven't been around much this winter. A car accident and two broken ankles for me kind of took the wind out of my sails.

Today was pretty and 70*, so Miss Carly got a very needed bath and grooming. she had just gotten 'a quick fluff' for the past few months, but I'm back on my feet, and she got the works today.

I even hobbed outside and she pranced around for me after she dried off. She's got a brown cast to her coat that needs attention. It's not sunburn, she's been in the house with me all winter...(and has cabin fever) Some of you groomers may have a suggestion. She eats Prescription Science Diet z/d for food allergies. She gets 'no salt added' carrots and peas and all of the lettuce she wants...Loves lettuce. Her food allergies consist of all grains and all meat proteins other than fish. She gets salmon on occasion.

She's 7 years old as of Jan 1, and weighs 32 pounds, which for her size, is great. (with no treats other than veggies, her weight is the least of my worries) Her coat has a nice shine and other than this brown cast, looks and feels great

Anyway, she hasn't had a picture here for awhile, so I thought I'd let her show off a bit!
