does anyone remember the thread about white dog shampoo/cleaner? someone mentioned a product that takes the red stains out but i can't remember the product name.

i had a cairn terrier years ago who got extremely crusty eyes and now jasper has the same problem. this might be typical of terrier types. does anyone have the same problem and what is your solution?
