Some trans fats better than some substitutes?

Dr. David Williams reports that the latest Franken-food is the substitution of interesterified fats for trans fats. He describes these as artificial compounds that make trans fats downright appealing. They supposedly lower HDL and hurt glucose metabolism. always something, huh?

0 trans fats can be a catchy label yet misleading sometimes.
