Apple trees for Spokane?

One of our customers, (steel plate business)asked me if I knew anything about growing a good apple tree for eating/baking. He is zone 5b/6A Spokane, Wa. It was asked as a joke but I would love to get back to him with an answer. Thank you.

Fuji apples will grow in zone 5, but you need another as a pollenator!

check out the website for Raintree Nursery in Chehalis. Lots of great stuff.
If you called them, they would most likely give you more info than you imagined.
I purchased all my fruit trees for my orchard from them - excellent company to do business with. (mail-order or on site at their Nursery)
