Picked up a lively-looking blue wisteria from HD last week, and have been nursing it in the kitchen since. When's the best time (DFW area) to put it into the ground? It's already in full-steam-ahead mode, having added several branches and leaves just while waiting in the kitchen.

You could plant it now, but run the risk of losing your top growth, I would wait till April.
