I made my first ever tortillas today. We are snowed in so it's a good time to cook :) I used the Harina Preparada which is basically a "just add water" mix. It was pretty easy though there is always a learning curve when making new things. I definately think a tortilla press would help. I have always been a bit "rolling pin impaired"
But the important thing was that they tasted great.
I would like some imput from people who have made these before.. helpful hints etc
