What can I do for a sick baby bantam

Georgetown, IN(Zone 6a)

She seems to be happy and run with the rest of them, But she has had runny poo and pasty butt since I got them a few days ago. She is also a lot smaller than the rest. She eats and drinks fine, maby just a small one naturally?
What can I do for her for the diarrea?
her little hiney is bare from haveing to keep washing the pastey away.

mix some cornmeal in ith the crumble starter. if the butt is getting clogged, you can use a qtip dipped in water and work at it. she will lose some fluff, might slow her growth a bit, but no reason why she can't survive. if there semms to be a prblem with other chicks, she may do better isolated, or moved with a few others...

Thank you so much,
Seems like I read about the cornmeal before but had forgotten about it. I will put some in with the food.
She seems to still be getting along with the others, and eating and drinking, just keeping pasty butt. and not growing as fast as the others. The smallest one in the bunch.
